| Description: | Constructed in 1965, the John Ferraro Building (JFB) is an iconic office building that houses the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP). This building has become one of the most recognizable symbols and landmarks of the city. |
| Fees: | Film: $2,000 / Per Day Still: $500 / Per Day Prep / Strike Days: Half the Facility Use Fee Base Camp Only: $500 / Per Day Crew Parking Only: $300 Per Day LADWP personnel may be assigned. Their rates average between $50 - $70/hour |
| Reservations: | Reservations are handled directly with LADWP. Please email [email protected] to discuss your inquiry. Any requests made with less than 2 weeks notice may not be granted. |

| Notes: | The LADWP office is opened from 0600-1530 PDT and closed on all Fridays, weekends, and on all major holidays. In addition to the standard film permit insurance, companies must work directly with City of Los Angeles Risk Management for insurance coverage specifically for LADWP. An LADWP Security Officer is typically required at this facility. |
